Terms.

Short, because the deal is simple: you show us a photo, we paint it, you decide whether to buy.

What we sell

A digital painting generated from a photograph you provide, delivered as a high-resolution PNG file. Nothing physical ships. There is no subscription — you pay per painting.

The photo must be yours to use

By uploading, you confirm you have the right to use the image and, where it shows other people, that you have their permission. Do not upload photographs of people who haven’t agreed, images you don’t own, or anything sexual, violent, or involving a minor in any compromising way. We will refuse and delete such uploads.

Who owns the painting

You do. Once paid, the artwork is yours to print, frame, post, and use commercially. We claim no rights over it and we will not publish it. We keep no copy after 24 hours.

What we don’t promise

The painting is produced by a generative model. It is very good and it is not a person. Likeness depends heavily on your source photo — a sharp, front-lit, unobstructed face works; a dark group shot at arm’s length may not. This is exactly why we show you the result before you pay. If the preview isn’t good, don’t buy it.

Availability

We depend on third-party model providers. If they are down, we are slow or down. We will not charge you for a painting we could not deliver, and any payment taken for a render that never completes is refunded in full.

Liability

Our liability for anything arising from your use of this service is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the painting in question.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall to the courts with jurisdiction over our registered office.
