Nothing ships. Your painting is a file, and it arrives in the browser tab you're already looking at.

How it arrives

The moment your payment clears, we repaint your photo at full resolution and the download button appears on your studio page. No email to wait for, no courier, no tracking number.

How long it takes

Preview — under a minute, before you pay.
Standard — about a minute after payment. 1600px on the long edge.
Premium — about two minutes after payment. 3000px, sized for printing.

If a model provider is congested this can stretch. The page keeps checking and updates itself; you don’t need to refresh.

Save it within 24 hours

We delete every file — your photo, the preview, and the painting — within 24 hours of upload. That is a privacy promise, not an oversight, and it means your download link stops working after a day. Save the file somewhere safe as soon as you get it.

If it doesn’t arrive

If you paid and no download appeared, use the retry button on your studio page. If that doesn’t work, reach us via the contact page. We’ll either re-run the render or refund you in full.

Anywhere with an internet connection. Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST; payment is collected through Cashfree.
